Lot of Two Items from J. Adamoff (Jacob Adamoff) Photography Studio in Passaic NJ
Circa 1910
Lot includes an ANTIQUE Pocket Size Advertising Mirror and
An ANTIQUE Photograph in an elaborate tri-fold photo mat frame with the J. Adamoff embossed name and address
Mirror measures approximately 2 3/4" by 1 3/4".
The VINTAGE photograph matting frame measures approximately 9 1/2" x 6 1/8" closed, and the VINTAGE photo about 5 1/2" x 3 1/2". The photograph IS NOT A REPRINT.
The antique studio photograph is of a young boy, seated, and holding what looks to be a prayer book. This might be a first communion photo.  The boy is wearing a suit of knickers.
The cardboard matting frame is beautiful piece of classic Art Nouveau era design.
This is a fabulous ANTIQUE find and a fun piece of VINTAGE Passaic New Jersey history.
