ART NOUVEAU LOOK METAL BOAT ISRAEL

I have up for auction this unusual what not. I have all kind of ideas but not sure. It would have made a nice rack for coasters...I dont know. Its a cast type metal and has a little weight to it for its size. Measures 3 1/2" tall and just over 4" end to end. It has a folky but at the same time deco feel to it. It is marked on the bottom inside as pictured in the last picture. The best I can make out is Towlerfp Made In Israel. Its a classy piece whatever it is. Shipping .00.
