    You can ingore those 4 letters at the end of the listing title, that's my inventory code.
    No date on the brochure but the address does not include Zip Code which was introduced in 1963.  Other items from the same source were dated from the late 40's to early 60's.
    Approximately 8 1/2" x 11", 14 pgs.  Just about perfect condition.  Carefully stored these past 60+ years.
