LIMOGES BOX - FLORAL EGG & FLASK - ROSES & RIBBONS & PERFUME BOTTLE - RIBIERRE

Description

This beautiful Gerard Ribierre Limoges box is a horizontal egg with blue ribbon loops, edged in 22KT gold, and a blue aster and a pink rose in the center.  Blue ribbon swags, gold leaf stem, and a gold pin stripe are on the bottom.  A ribbon bow is the clasp, and a blue flower is painted inside.  Also inside are metal pieces holding a woven metal insert with a .6" square by 1.25" high clear glass perfume bottle with a metal filigreed band.  The egg is 1.6" by 2.1" with a height of 1.6".   On the bottom is: "Peint Main - Limoges France - GR."
