MAYHEM HOBBY
is a Veteran Owned Hobby Shop, we do not sell used kits that have been opened, if we did they would be marked as such, our merchandise is direct from the manufacturer, in sealed, undamaged boxes. These items are priced according to MRSP, and are of the highest quality. We know because everyone at Mayhem Hobby are Master builders and demand the highest quality.
If you find a kit you are interested in, purchase the kit and it will be shipped to you the very next day, we are very proud of our 100% rating and will continue to offer the highest of standards to maintain that rating, but, that doesn’t mean we will be scammed by anyone shopping our store on eBay or on the web at our dot com website. Photos are taken of every item as it is packaged, and before it is shipped - demonstrating the condition the package left your shop that day. If you receive a damaged package, you will have to take the matter up with the carrier, once it leaves our shop it is a completed transaction…we do not accept returns and offer no refunds on models we sell. Once the kit has been opened, they are considered used and can not be resold.
We also would ask that visitor’s refrain from hitting the “WATCH ITEM” choice eBay offers, if you do, Mayhem Hobby will not offer lower pricing to get you to pay for the item, 99% of the time, buyers are using this behavior in an attempt to get us to reduce our pricing, our pricing is well managed, and according to market value on these items we carry. There are plenty of sellers offering kits that have been opened, at reduced prices.

• eBay recommends “Offers”, but, Mayhem Hobby follows our policies on this matter.
• “WATCHED ITEMS”, if you want it, buy it, or it will be sold to someone else and you will have missed out.
• “SHIPPING”:
Due to the recent increases taking place within the USPS, Mayhem Hobby will no longer be offering Free Shipping on any items, the customer will be responsible to pay all shipping cost. We will do everything in our power to help select the best option to get you your item at the very lowest price available. Most of the items we will ship fall within, Priority mail, Flat Rate Priority Mail and First Class. If you are needing something different, message me before placing your order.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, physical addresses that have been verified only!
Shipment processing time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day.
