Delivery dates are estimated. While we strive to deliver within the time frame given, we cannot control USPS, UPS, Fedex, customs, etc. Delays can and do happen. If you pay for expedited or 2 day shipping and your package is late, upon request we will reimburse you for expedited shipping charges.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ele Toys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Ele Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, we would be happy to assist you with this procedure.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

1)In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. Please pack your returns carefully. If a child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we cannot accept it back. If the item's factory seal is broken, the sealed bag has been opened, the item is missing parts, the item is not in the original condition, or has obvious signs of use you will receive UP TO 50% of your purchase price. Any used/opened merchandise received that in ineligible for a credit (item is damaged, broken or missing parts) will be held for 30 days during which time you can send us a pre-paid shipping label and we will return it back to you. After 30 days it will be donated to charity.
3) If the product arrived with a factory defect (arrived not working, pieces missing or broken) we will help you obtain a replacement from the manufacturer. If you do not wish to have a replacement it will be subject to the return policy noted in #2.
4) If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Upon your request, we will send you a pre-paid return label. We will not reimburse for postage paid to a carrier.
5) If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it, you ordered the wrong part, you found it for less somewhere else, etc.), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Also, if you used Free Economy Shipping standard shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your return (minimum .00).
6) Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable" or otherwise will be subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee plus standard shipping & handling charges if free economy shipping was used. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address via the Amazon check-out page, 4 The Love of Toys! is not responsible. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address. Shipping charges will not be refunded in any of these instances.
Refunds are usually issued within 14 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to three weeks for a credit to be issued.
Please don't forget to include your return authorization with any return!

This is our story. This is our mission.
It all began back in 2001 when we were looking for a way to supplement our family income. With two young kids whose natural talent in sports had us traveling around the US, it was almost impossible to expand our business and really create something that we were proud of…except for our children of course.
We found our niche in replacement parts for your favorite brands of toys and baby products. You know how frustrating it is when you are missing a crucial piece of a toy or a game or a strap that’s a must on the high chair!
Now that our youngest is grown, it’s high time we created our own brand and made our dream come true.
With big brands and gigantic toy stores taking over the market of toys and games, finding toys that are educational, innovative, fun and long-lasting at the same time is an unrealistic expectation. That is why we created Ele Toys; to sell toys that will be played with and thoroughly enjoyed for many years before they are passed on to siblings, relatives, friends or put aside for future generations!
Becoming more and more competitive, we’ve just recently started marketing our own line of toys and baby products with the simple goal of helping you spend less time shopping and more time having fun with your children.

Sadly, a lot of kids do not have the luxury of playing with their own toys and that is why we are aiming at giving out considerable donations, especially as our growth and reach keep expanding.
