Rogers Art Nouveau Metal Jewelry Box with Red Velvet & Gilded Finish

Description

This is a Beautiful Art Nouveau Metal Jewelry or Trinket Box by Rogers Silver Plate Co. The box measures 5 inches long by 2-3/4 inches front to back and approximately 2-3/4 inches high at the highest point. The box is marked on the bottom ROGERS SILVER PLATE CO. N.B. DANBURY CONN.  The box has a gilded type of finish and I am not certain if it is gold or some other medium, it is an antique gold finish.  The inside is lined with red velvet.
Condition: Some of the gilded finish is worn off in several places, please refer to the photos and the velvet is a little dusty. This item is sold as-is, please ask all questions before purchasing.
