This unit was upgraded to Casablanca III from Casablanca II by Theta.  Has
superior
DACs on F/C/R and standard DACs on the additional six channels.  Unit is in excellent condition.  Has been unused (stored it its original carton) for several years and it needs to find a new home.
This is a terrific unit for both audiophile quality two channel listening as well as a very flexible home theater controller.  All nine channels are fully programmable in 5.1 format (so you could have five channels with fronts and surround speakers plus four additional subwoofers) or any combination of nine channels.  Includes both XLR and RCA outputs.  Will process Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS, Theta's proprietary Circle Surround, and many other formats.
This model has multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs with several video input formats also.  It
has
remarkably flexible crossovers built-in that can be used to bi-amp speakers.  You can even program each speaker for its distance from your main seating spot in order to have the home theater processing provide the most realistic sound.  This unit also has several triggers to turn on other components which is handy if it is in a closet or elsewhere out of sight.  It even staggers the turn ons so your lights don't dim when everything comes on at once.
