VINTAGE 1940s ETHER SQUIBB ANESTHESIA TIN CAN w PAPER LABEL E.R. SQUIBB & SONS

Offered here is a small metal can, with a PAPER LABEL. The label reads (in part): "ETHER SQUIB FOR ANESTHESIA...POISON...1/4 lb...E.R. SQUIBB & SONS, NEW YORK." I think this is from the 1940's - give or take. (The label is marked: "Since 1858" and also "For nearly 90 years Squibb Ether has served surgeons.") The can is mostly empty, but there are trace amounts. The metal top is stuck in place, with rust specks. The can measures 3 & 1/4 inches tall, or 3 & 1/2 inches, if you include the cap. It is just over 2 inches wide. There is some soiling to the paper label, but all of the printing is still clear. This item is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
