Vintage Babies and Storks Print Small Gift Box

This small vintage cardboard box with a print of babies and storks is so retro cool!  It puts you in mind of the printed German paper/cardboard eggs of the 1940s.  The quality of the box design is really nice and the colors and imagery of the print is display worthy.  This could easily be added to display items in the nursery, or given as part of a baby shower gift.  Maybe even use this as a gift enclosure accompanying the book The Baby Tree by Sophie Blackall.  So many creative ways to repurpose this vintage gift box!
The condition is definitely display worthy.  Amazingly,, all the corners are still firm on the box, as well as the sides, top and bottom.  There is some slight age ruffing on the edges and what appears to be some water staining on the inside bottom of the box.  One side has a small concave thumb hole to make it easier to remove the top of the box.  It is printed on the bottom 35/47 but I have no idea what that means!
